Biography

Michael P. O’Connor, a former Air Force Captain, received a bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College, and a juris doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
He is a sole practitioner of his own law offices in New York City, and Rockland County , New York. Prior to that he was a senior assistant district attorney in Rockland County. He is a proud member of the Alamo Society, New York Historical Society, and the Wild West History Association.
In February 2016 Michael P. O’Connor was admitted to the Western Writers of America, an organization of over 650 authors that promotes the literature of the American West.
Michael, who has three grown children, Patrick, Margie, and Sean, resides in Cornwall, New York, with his wife, Laura.
